MarbleWavePoint offers high-end yacht charter services, which include but are not limited to:
- Daily yacht rentals
- Sunset cruises
- Corporate getaways
- Exclusive gatherings
- Extended charters
Service availability is influenced by weather conditions, and we maintain the right to alter or halt services without prior notice.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
When arranging a charter, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at the age of majority, 18 years or older
- Submit information that is precise and thorough
- Make a payment for the deposit as outlined in your booking confirmation
- Consent to these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
Confirmation of your reservation occurs only when we have received full payment and issue you a written confirmation. Service provision is at our discretion, and we can choose to deny it to anyone.
3.3 Availability
Charter bookings depend on the availability of vessels and favorable weather conditions. We endeavor to accommodate your requests for certain dates and times as effectively as possible.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
Pricing is expressed in € and is inclusive of applicable taxes, except stated otherwise. Prices can undergo changes without prior notification.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Initial payment: 50% of the complete charter cost is required during reservation
- Remaining balance: Required 48 hours before the charter commences
- Subsequent charges (if any): Payable upon the charter’s culmination
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept leading credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and certified cheques. Payment procedures are conducted using encrypted, secure systems.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- Above 72 hours before departure: Entire refund minus processing costs
- Within 24 to 72 hours of departure: Half the refund
- Under 24 hours before departure: Non-refundable
5.2 Weather Cancellations
In case our captain deems weather conditions as hazardous, we will propose to:
- Reschedule the charter to another available slot with no extra fee
- Provide a complete refund if rescheduling is unworkable
5.3 Mechanical Issues
If there arises a mechanical defect with the vessel you were allotted, we will attempt to allocate an appropriate substitute. Should a substitute be unavailable, a full reimbursement will be issued.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
It is mandatory for all passengers to:
- Adhere to instructions from the crew
- Utilize provided safety gear as instructed
- Report any health conditions that may impact their security during the voyage
- Stay within the assigned areas on the vessel
6.2 Prohibited Items
The following articles are forbidden on board:
- Glass containers
- Illegal substances
- Firearms or other weapons
- Excessive amounts of beverages (exceeding moderate consumption)
- Pets (except with prior authorization)
6.3 Conduct
Passengers are expected to maintain respectful behavior during the charter. In the event of conduct that endangers safety or interrupts the enjoyment of others, we hold the right to terminate the charter sooner without a refund.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
Our liability extends only up to the paid amount for your charter. We are not accountable for:
- Personal injuries as a result of passenger carelessness
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Secondary, incidental, or penal damages
- Delays due to weather or conditions beyond our influence
7.2 Insurance Coverage
We have full marine insurance for our boats and operations. Passengers ought to arrange their own travel and personal insurance.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
Partaking in our charter services implies acknowledgment of the intrinsic risks of maritime activities, and you assume accountability for your personal protection and welfare.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
Itineraries, paths, or schedules can be altered based on meteorological conditions, safety factors, or operational demands. We will make an effort to provide suitable alternative experiences wherever possible.
9. Force Majeure
We bear no responsibility for postponements, terminations, or variations stemming from events outside our dominion, which can include, but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Acts of nature
- Regulative edicts
- Sea port closures
- Vehicle malfunctions
10. Privacy and Data Protection
